RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Maurio wants to ensure that you are satisfied with the quality, fit and design of your purchase, and believed that your new piece will be enjoyed and well worn over its long life. In saying that, we understand that sometimes some garments may not be suitable for whatever reasons or a garment may not meet the high expectations of quality that are standard of all Maurio products.

Returns by Post

Please return all garments within 21 days of purchase, in the original condition with all the labels and tags in place to:

Exchange

  • Any garments purchased from Maurio Online may only be exchanged or returned to the Online Department and cannot be exchanged in any retailers
  • Customers are required to enclose a prepaid postage bag. Maurio Online strongly suggests using a postage bag with tracking available such as Express Post or Registered Post. Maurio Online will not responsible for any parcel sent by the customer that is lost in transit, which does not have a tracking number any parcel sent by the customer that is lost in transit, which does not have a tracking number

Refund

  • Refunds generally exclude shipping cost. Garment is required to be returned to the Online Department for examination. If the garment is identified as a manufacturing fault or if we cannot provide the garment you ordered, we are happy to provide you with a full refund (including shipping) or free exchange. Unfortunately, refund is not applied on any change of mind and we cannot be held responsible for the incorrect selection of style or size by the customer
  • Full refund (including shipping): A receipt for the postage cost must be enclosed and no refunds will be issued for postage without a receipt

Note: All returns / exchange / refund

  • must be full-priced garments that have not been altered, washed or worn and have the original tags still attached
  • must be made within 21 days of purchase
  • will be accepted only through Maurio Online and cannot be made with any retailers
  • must be sent with the original receipt attached
  • are not accepted on garments purchase ‘Sales’ or ‘Surprise’ at Maurio Online, unless the garment is flawed or damaged after examination
